  • What should I do if the product doesn't fit me?
    No problem. We will exchange the product for a different size that fits you properly. Please contact us at support@tedds.in within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • What should I do if I receive a defective product?
    All our products pass through quality checks before we dispatch them. In case you receive a defective product, please send us an image of the defective product at support@tedds.in, and we will replace it for you.
  • Is it safe to pay online?
    Yes, it is safe to pay online. We use PayTM and Razorpay as our payment gateways, which are widely used and among the best in India for online transactions.
  • How will I know if my order has been shipped?
    We send regular updates via email and SMS regarding the product delivery. You can also track your order status in your account on our website.
